“My work and my businesses have emerged from a dedicated approach to service, simply to be of help. I have been fortunate because I am able to follow a basic concern for the well-being of others and making it into a successful business. It provides a very deep satisfaction.”
These are the true-to-life words of Israeli-born Nachshon Draiman, who has made much of his life-work a devotion to helping others, particularly those who are of senior status.
Learned in psychology and social work, Draiman noticed that long-term care for seniors was an industry that not only offered an entrepreneurial opportunity, but it was also an industry that had a great deal of room for improvement in efficiency, both in cost-effectiveness and care-giving.
Nachshon Draiman has since implemented successful models of long-term care in a variety of operations and has quickly become one of the more recognized figures within this industry.
As part of the Illinois Council for Long Term Care, Draiman continues to influence long term care and the way it is carried out. Much of Draiman’s work probably goes unnoticed to the untrained eye, but those individuals who are part of the facilities that Draiman has had an impact on have greatly appreciated his knowledge and heartfelt concerns.
In his spare time, Nachshon Draiman is an avid tennis player who regularly blogs about his passion and appreciation for the sport while sharing invaluable information about developing one’s game.
